Lois Schlachter is a graduate of The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and Philadelphia College of Art now the University of the Arts. She considers herself an Abstract Expressionist.  

Working directly from her hand to the canvas, Lois lets her imagination direct her as playful and colorful images emerge.

Lois is in love with the line, handsome vibrant color and a comfortable composition. Her work is simply FUN!
